Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, please reach out to us within this time frame.
What’s Eligible for Return?
You can return an item if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item was damaged during shipping.
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and uninstalled.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for return. These include:
- Used or installed items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Clearance or final sale products
How to Request a Return:
- Contact our support team at info@dekor.ae or via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.
- Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the item.
Refund Timeline:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund within 5 to 7 working days via your original payment method.
Processing Time
All orders on Dekor.ae are carefully packed and processed within 5 working days. We take special care to ensure each product is inspected and safely packaged before shipping it out. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation message along with tracking details. Please allow for extra time during public holidays or peak seasons.
